New 3-Hour Diet Mentor!
By Oliver | September 4, 2007
Hey folks,
Congratulations Shana from Seattle! You have had such progress not only with weight loss but also with helping others. It truly is a privilege to have you as one of our beloved Mentors.
Weight loss is just like anything other challenging thing in your life; it usually takes some support or somebody to keep you in check. Just like guard rails on a race track, our mentors serve the same purpose, they keep us on track!
A little about MentorShana (user-name):
Shana weighed 150 in April and has since lost a total of 23 pounds. Shana found herself overeating because she felt bad about herself, but she has used her success as motivation to keep going and avoid emotional eating. She now says, “My clothes feel great. Yoga feels great. Snowboarding is easier and I look fantastic!” Shana is a great person to contact regarding any questions or advice as to how to do this plan and have fantastic results.
Go out and find your own mentor, somebody who either has good eating habits or who encourages you to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. Or go find Mentor Shana inside our site and take advantage of our weight loss tools. Those are going to be the people who will drive you toward success.

i just began the diet & i’m having trouble with my schedule. i usually get up at 8, have breakfast at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3 & 6 (since i get off work at 6) dinner at 9pm. the distance between lunch & dinner is so long, i’m having a tough time holding out til 9 to eat. also i notice i’m hungrier in the afternoon than in the morning. i’m trying to drink water to supress the hunger, but it’s not working. my tummy is still growling. is there something i can do to help me stay on schedule? btw- i only need to lose 10-15

I have been trying to lose weight ever since I could remember. But I come from a family and country where our big built women’s frame would be large than that of a North American. Right now I have lost all will power to exercise or put faith in any system because specialized eating habbits costs alot. I should know I have spent over US$500 per month thats TT$3,500.00 for me. I am not going to give up as yet. As I speak I have ordered almost everyone of Jorge’s books I can get my hands on. It’s just that I am wondering with difference in lifestyle and individuality of countries can this program work for me. By the way I am from the Caribbean Trinidad and Tobago to be exact…
