Ever wonder why it seems that we pile on “weight” on to our midsection’s first? It is a constant question we receive, when we start to gain weight it goes right to our tummy, the belly bulge! Oh and how we all hate it!

my worst part is my whole body im 16 5 ft tall and weigh about 135 pounds .im thinking of joiing the customized meals thing ,so what do you think?

My biggest problem area is my belly area. I have been following this 3 hour eating plan for awhile and while I have lost weight, it hasn’t gone from my belly first as you say it will. Any suggestions?
