Blog or Diet Professional, you decide
By Oliver | August 15, 2007
Hey there again,
I am not a professional blogger. However, I am a diet and fitness professional and I feel it is time to use blogging in a different way to communicate our thoughts to you and get your feedback.
When I initially conceived of a 3-Hour Diet blog, I thought that it would mimic a journal; just a place to share my thoughts or discuss relevant current events. Over the past few weeks, I learned that a series of my own journal entries do not help others as much as open and honest communication. Communication with people who are interested in diet and health. I want this to be a place where you can tell me what you think, share your real opinions, and express your passions.
Our plan is so easy to follow and it has been proven time after time to be very effective. We didn’t make up our success stories, they are real people, who changed their lives for the better. Our plan can be one of the best ways to help improve the world wide obesity crisis and inspire people to take action toward their own health. My main goal is to share our wonderful product with the world. For anybody who is struggling with weight or for those who need to just release those last few pounds, I recommend joining our site and begin to take control. I would love to see a large community of wonderful individuals who are as passionate as Jorge and me about weight loss and overall health.
What do you think? Do you share that same passion? What do you need out of a diet website? I want you to be open and share with us as a company.
I am looking forward to talking with each and every one of you!
-Oliver
P.S. Share this with your friends, I want to hear what they think too!

I think that we all just need to stay focused on our goals, and too often we ignore what we know is a voice saying “Be More Healthy”.
I want to check back here to see how you guys do it, I hope this blog keeps me motivated as I see and comment on new topics.
Cheers ~ Chad

Hi there,
I’m based in Europe and been practicing the diet plus the regular excercises now for 1.5 yrs. I lost about 30 pounds and haven’t put a single pound back on.
I would love to get more people over here into this.
So any ideas are welcome to help me set something up over here.
I live in the United Kingdom near London.
Cheers,
Matthias

Hello Matthias,
What success! Great job, if I were you I would tell my friends or anybody who can benefit from this program. You would be surprised how fast you can spread the word around. I currently tell as many as I see about our members’ success and that right there has moved people to take action! You will definitely be one of the people that I will talk about.
Congratulations on your 30 pound loss!
Spread the word!

hi oliver -
how are you?
quick question:
in one of a recent article about an example of a daily meal plan i read this:
12pm lunch 2pm treat
i noticed that there was only a 2 hour gap.
i tried it for several weeks now and i do like it.
was this an accident or is this in line with the philosphy of the 3 hour diet?
looking forward to your “enlightenment”
Thanks
matthias
