This change of lifestyle is awesome, and so easy to follow. I am so thankful that I have finally found something to help in easy weight loss, especially since I didn’t have that much I wanted to lose! I started at 158, and I have lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks. I am 5′6″, so now I feel so much lighter, and it is easier to run and exercise. This lifestyle is cool!!!!

i just learned that I went down from a size 38 waist to 32 - it’s been at least 10 yrs that I fitten into one of those the last time.
